We will evaluate your current credit reports as listed with applicable credit reporting agencies and work with you to identify inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information. You will choose which items you would like to dispute. We will advise you on steps to be taken to dispute any inaccurate, erroneous, false or obsolete information contained on your credit reports.
- We will prepare all necessary correspondence in dispute of inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information in your credit reports.
- You will forward to us your correspondence received from the credit reporting agencies and we will assist you in further correspondence with those agencies.
- Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services are conducted by personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or by any other form of communication during normal business hours.

Mitigation Cost
- Start Up Cost - $60.00 One Time Charge
- Total Monthly Charges - $100.00 (Includes Credit Monitoring via MyScoreIQ)
- Drafted via Debit Card or Credit Card on 5th of every month
- Plus 10% CC/DC Processing Fee
- Reinstatement Fee - $25.00 - Upon third dishonored payment within twelve-month period - (Capped at $75.00 within twelve-month period)
- Late Fee - $25.00 - Payments received after 10th of each month

Client
- Provide truthful information and documentation
- Avoid unneeded usage of credit during mitigation process
- Have a sensible outlook concerning the credit mitigation process
- Understand, Credit Mitigation is credit counseling services in nature
- Agree to communication via Email, Text and/or Phone
- Recurring payments are for the entire mitigation process, not just for the attempt to improve credit
- Services provided by Impressha LLC do not include loans of any type or debit relief/consolidation
- Ensuring the credit profile is free of erroneous information & reported within compliance
- Positive results or a particular credit score cannot be GUARANTEED
- GUARANTEED to actively participate in the mitigating of the credit profile
- Communication with client, credit reporting agencies and/or creditors
- Provide access to the “Seven Steps to Credit Literacy” guide
